The form is not emergency dispatch. A request does not book an appointment or guarantee an arrival time.
Safety comes first
Keep clear of electrical hazards.
Do not touch exposed wires or affected equipment, and do not try to inspect or repair the problem yourself. If it is safe, keep other people away from the area.
If there is immediate danger
For fire, smoke, sparking, electric shock, or another immediate danger, move away from the area and call 911 or your local emergency services. Do not use the online service-request form for an immediate emergency.
For homeowners and local project teams
A request path for your property.
Homeowners, property managers, contractors, and small businesses can use the same service-request flow to explain an urgent electrical concern. Share the property type, what you observed, and any useful access details.
